Web Based Customer Complaint Policy

It is the policy of our company, Ebenezer Mortgage Solutions, to reply to customer complaints, disputes, and issues immediately. We investigate each complaint promptly, regardless of how small it is, so that we can respond with fair and necessary action.

As soon as a complaint is received by us, it is documented and logged properly. The complaint is forwarded directly to the Customer Complaint Officer or his designate, for an action to be done. 

All complaints and complaint reports are kept in a special complaint binder along with all the Customer Complaint Officer's Quality Control Files and other written policies. This is easily accessible for all our employees to help them provide better customer service. Reports on complaints are reviewed monthly during the Customer Complaint Officer's meetings with our Board. We aim to provide financial products and services to all clients in compliance with all Federal and State regulatory policies including but not limited to consumer protection, fair lending, and civil rights laws.
